00+ Sentra / SE-R MBK Install

1) Use a 10mm deep well socket to remove the factory battery tie down.

2) Use a 10mm wrench or socket remove the factory battery terminals.

3) Remove the plastic liner that surrounds the battery along with the plastic tray that sits under the battery.

4) Remove the bottom three bolts of the stock battery tray, as pictured.

5) Place the MBK into the stock tray, aligning the two holes in the MBK bracket with the holes in the stock tray. Install the supplied stainless bolts and washers for the two bracket holes.

6) Place the supplied chrome spacer on top of the third hole. Then, place the battery cable on top of it, and then feed the supplied bolt/washer through the cable and tighten it into the stock hole, as pictured.

7) Place the negative terminal on the negative battery post and tighten with a 1/2" wrench or socket. Place the positive terminal on the positive post and tighten. Flip cover over to protect the positive terminal.

8) Remove the stock negative cable that routes over the cold air intake/intercooler piping.
